COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Area Arts Council presents Epilogue: Open Mic Poetry and Prose at Gramz Bakery in downtown Columbus on Thursday, January 8, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The event will feature past poets, longtime participants, and new voices for an evening honoring the creativity and community that have grown from this gathering.

The last in this Columbus Area Arts Council open mic series will reflect on the work that has emerged over the years and celebrate Skye Nicholson for her leadership.

As this chapter closes, local poets will look to the community that has been formed to carry the spirit forward and offer micro‑grant opportunities to support future poetry and literary arts programs.

The public is invited to read, listen, connect, and help shine a light on the stories and voices that have made Open Mic Poetry and Prose so meaningful.
